Praised be Jesus Christ! I came to St. Mary of Carmel in 2015 after eighteen years of teaching foreign languages at the secondary level on the west coast and at the base of the Big Horn Mountains. A native of Wyoming and eastern Montana, I have lived a peripatetic life learning to knit, play cello, and shoot archery all along the way. My childhood, vivid and backdropped by the splendor of breathing in ponderosa pine, truly the lungs praise as worship are the glorious memories of my family’s home overlooking the Yellowstone.
